We recommend arriving at CarviaPark LGAat least 2 hours before your flight’s departure. TSA guidelines suggest arriving at the terminal 2 hours early for domestic flights. Please allow time for check-in, shuttle transfer (approx. 5–7 mins), and any unexpected traffic.

Upon arriving at CarviaPark LGA (90-01 23rd Ave, East Elmhurst, NY 11369), a team member will greet you and check you in. You’ll be asked for your name, reservation details, return date/time, and airline.
You’ll receive both a physical parking ticket and a text message that includes:
● Your digital ticket
● A shuttle request linkto use when you're ready to be picked up on your return

After check-in, our shuttle will take you to your terminal — the ride takes around 5–7 minutes, though this may vary slightly due to traffic. Please tell the driver your airline and terminal for the fastest drop-off.

Our shuttle comfortably seats up to 12 passengers along with standard luggage. The vehicle is air-conditioned and equipped for a smooth, comfortable ride to and from the terminal.

Once you’ve landed and collected your luggage, open the text message you received during check-in and click the pickup link to notify us.
Make sure to include your terminal number so we can dispatch your shuttle promptly. You can also call the number on your CarviaPark parking ticket if needed. When you arrive back at the lot, the cashier will ask for your ticket number to pull your car into the Ready Zone, so you can drive off without delay.
